What is the application process for?
It's for applying to South African tertiary institutions — universities and colleges — plus NSFAS funding, bursaries and student accommodation, all through one Scenda submission that we complete and send on your behalf.
Does the fee cover University/Tertiary application fees?
No. The R269.90 is Scenda's once-off processing fee for handling your applications. Individual institutions may charge their own application fees, which are separate — we tell you upfront which ones apply.
How long does Scenda take to process my application?
Once you've submitted your details and documents, our AI bots start applying right away. Turnaround at each institution varies, and you can follow the live status of every application from your account.
How is the application processed with the institutions?
Scenda's AI application bots complete and submit each institution's application for you, using the single set of details and documents you provided to Scenda.
Do I have to wait for institutions to open before applying?
